App Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the BoxSuite app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app. If you do not agree with any condition, do not use the application.

1. About the app

The BoxSuite app is a mobile platform that allows customers of partner companies to track orders, assisted purchases, shopping groups, international shipments, wallet balance, addresses, and operational history. Access to the app is provided exclusively by invitation or through a relationship with a partner company.

2. Registration and access

• Access to the app requires valid credentials provided by the partner company you are linked to.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Sharing your account with third parties is not allowed.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the partner company or BoxSuite immediately.

3. Permitted use

You may use the app to:

• Review orders, purchases, shipments, and your operational history.
• Manage addresses and your account information.
• Track wallet balance and transactions.
• Request assisted purchases and follow shopping groups.
• Upload receipts and operational attachments.
• Receive notifications about relevant account updates.

4. Prohibited use

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using the app for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Trying to access data from other users or accounts belonging to other companies.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the app.
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Using the app in a way that overloads or harms the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. Payments and transactions

Financial transactions carried out through the app, including payments for assisted purchases, shopping groups, and wallet top-ups, are subject to the specific conditions of each operation and to the rules of the partner company and the payment gateways involved.

BoxSuite does not guarantee continuous availability of all payment methods and is not responsible for third-party failures in payment processing.

6. User content

By sending images, receipts, or other information through the app, you represent that you have the necessary rights over such content and that it does not violate third-party rights, laws, or applicable regulations. BoxSuite may use this content solely for the operation of the contracted services.

7. Availability and updates

BoxSuite may, at any time and without prior notice, perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily interrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app. We recommend keeping the app updated for the best experience and security.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and trademarks present in the app are owned by BoxSuite or its licensors. Use of the app does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoxSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app, including data loss, business interruption, or damages caused by third parties integrated with the platform.

10. Termination and suspension

Access to the app may be suspended or terminated at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, at the request of the partner company, or upon termination of the contractual relationship.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated through the app or by other available means. Continued use of the app after publication of changes means acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. For dispute resolution, the courts of the district where BoxSuite is headquartered shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
